OAR has gone to great lengths to provide opportunities for many in our community in finding and keeping PT and FT employment. OAR has developed many meaningful relationships with community partners who provide opportunities for people who were once involved in the criminal justice system.
We believe in the potential of every individual, their ability to transform their lives, and the positive impact they can make on society.
