ANNUAL REPORTS

As a Results-Based Accountability organization, we track success by reviewing the metrics of prior years, and seeing whether our populations are better or worse off. We set clear goals that we believe will help the clients we serve - coordinate housing, help find employment, connect to health care services. Then we track the data we want to improve - permanent housing, stable income, recidivism rates, treatment participation - over time, to determine whether we are contributing positively or negatively to outcomes.

 

As noted in the graph below - which represent the metrics from our OAR Housing Programs - all our metrics were improved in 2025, save for % engaged in healthcare/ treatment, which dropped from 2024. This shows that our Housing Programs overall are working, and allows us to question where we might improve.
