OAR was founded in 1976, focused on providing legal services to indigent defendants. It has grown and changed over the years, expanding its services to bail funds, transportation services, transitional housing, job search support, connections to rehab and other health services. We're honored to be on the front lines of supporting formerly incarcerated individuals, who are more prone to homeleness and addiction, find their footing again.
